Responsible Gaming & exclusions

Responsible Gaming

The Catawba Nation Gaming Commission is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring a safe, fair, and regulated gaming environment.

The Commission encourages all guests to play responsibly and view gaming as a form of entertainment, not a means of income. Resources and support are available for individuals who may be experiencing gaming-related concerns, including self-exclusion programs and referrals to professional assistance organizations.

Voluntary Exclusions

The self-exclusion program is a voluntary program that allows individuals to request exclusion from the Catawba Two Kings Casino and gaming-related privileges for a period of 1-year or for life.

If you are interested in enrolling or would like additional information, please contact the Two Kings Security Department. Self-exclusion forms can also be found at Catawba Two Kings Casino Self-Exclusion Program. Completed forms may be submitted in-person or via mail. Mailed forms must be notarized.

Appeal Requests

Individuals who are excluded whether involuntarily or voluntarily must refrain from entering designated gaming areas, participating in gaming activities, or collecting winnings during the exclusion period. The Gaming Operation will deny gaming privileges, restrict marketing communications, and remove the individual from promotional mailing lists. Violation of an exclusion is considered trespassing.

Excluded individuals may submit an appeal request to the Catawba Nation Gaming Commission. Individuals wishing to appeal must make their appeal in writing. Upon receipt, the Commission will review the request and may schedule a hearing or conduct an administrative review, as appropriate. The decision of the Commission following the appeal review shall be final and issued in writing.
