The Catawba Nation Gaming Commission regulates all gaming employees and vendors in accordance with the Catawba Nation Gaming Ordinance, Internal Controls, and Commission policies. All individuals and businesses providing services to Two Kings Casino must be properly licensed before performing any work or services.Casino employees, consultants, vendors, technicians, and principals must complete the licensing process and be granted a gaming license to work with Two Kings Casino. For details on the individual processes, please see below.

Employee Licenses

Prospective Two Kings employees will receive an email from noreply@cipreporting.com. In this email, applicants will need to log in or create an account, where they can find their application listed under “Pending Applications”.

After submitting your gaming license application, the licensing department will review your submission and schedule an appointment for you to visit the licensing office to complete the application process.

If the assigned appointment time is not convenient, please contact the licensing department to reschedule. Please be sure to bring applicable documentation to your appointment.

Vendor Licenses

The licensing department will provide instructions on completing the license application process. All vendor personnel submissions must include two forms of official identification, which can be uploaded to the licensing software or emailed directly to the licensing department. No fingerprints are required.

For on-site vendor personnel, a license badge is mandatory. To schedule an appointment for badge pickup, please contact the licensing department.

Q. How can I replace my (lost, broken, stolen) gaming license?
A. Please email us at licensing.staff@catawba.com so we can send you the new license badge request form.

Q. How do I update my status (name change, criminal history update, credit change) with the Gaming Commission?
A. Please email us at licensing.staff@catawba.com so we can send you the change of status form to complete in CIP.

Q. I am having issues with the CIP system or need my password reset.
A. Please contact us so we may assist you.

Q. I am still waiting for licensing approval (permanent, transfer, promotion).
A. All licensing actions can take up to 90 days for approval or denial. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact us and we will check for additional updates. Approvals are sent to Two Kings HR on a daily basis.

Q. Can I work on a suspended or expired license?
A. No, you cannot be on the gaming floor without an active license.

Q. Can I participate in gaming at Two Kings?
A. No, no gaming vendor or Two Kings employee is allowed to game at Two Kings.

Q. How should I prepare for my licensing appointment?
A. Appointments will take place Tuesday through Thursday at 502 W. King Street Suite 210 Kings Mountain, NC. Please bring two forms of identification. No handbags or backpacks allowed in the office.
