Whitney Boggs – Chair

Whitney serves as Chair of the Gaming Commission and brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance and financial oversight from a distinguished career in banking. Whitney joined the Commission in 2023 and served as Chair since 2025.

Matt Stewart – Commissioner

Matt has been with the Commission since its inception in 2021. He uses his comprehensive career in IT to provide insight to cyber and software safety. He is committed to a secure, efficient, and transparent gaming operation.

Rick Swanson – Executive Director

Rick has spent 30 years of his career in tribal gaming regulation and Casino management. He leads the Commission with dedication to ensuring compliance, protecting tribal assets, and promoting fair gaming.

Ti-Rocka Burris – Licensing Director

Ti-Rocka oversees all licensing and background investigations for the Commission, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. With a focus on integrity and thoroughness, she protects and maintains trust on behalf of the tribe.

Thomas Wolf – Surveillance Director

Tom’s career in commercial gaming provides 20 years of experience to the Commission. He has a passion for training staff to monitor compliance and keep patrons and staff safe. He is committed to protecting Tribal assets and maintaining a transparent gaming environment.

Patrick Sanders – Commissioner

Patrick joined the Commission in 2024. He brings a strong military and leadership background to the Commission with a long history of discipline, accountability, and integrity.

Aaron Wurdemann – Commissioner

Aaron began with the Commission in 2024. He brings a dynamic background in construction and building inspections to the Commission, ensuring operational standards and safety protocols are upheld.

Emily Harris – Deputy Executive Director

Emily has been with the Commission since 2021. She is responsible for the supervision of Commission staff, providing strategic direction, oversight, and support to ensure regulatory operations are carried out effectively.
